As a hired CEO, I transformed a struggling WHS service provider to become one of the top 5 in the country. Key achievements included the creation of an remarkable internal culture, achievement of very high Net Promoter Scores (90+), and market share growth with double digit profitability during a market crisis.

As the Head of Customer Success and later Head of People & Culture, I helped the e-learning tech startup GO1 grow from 15 to 250 employees in 4 years. Key achievements where I was the main executive responsible for the area include: Improvement of company Net Promoter Score (NPS) from -70% to +36% in 12 months; 100% company Customer Satisfaction Score with Support (ZenDesk score) for 6+ months in a row; Placing ‘Finalist’ as Employer of Choice Award at Australian HR Awards (HRD) 2018; LinkedIn Top Startups: The 25 most sought-after startups to work for in Australia (2018 & 2019); Achievement of very high Organisational Culture Alignment Index and employee engagement & satisfaction. This company grew to become one of Australia’s most recognised tech startups, reaching valuation of over $1 billion.

I also helped a company bring physical Apple stores to Brazil, as the first Apple Premium Reseller in the country.
